Temporary Staffing:

Our temp services are specifically for Hospitals/Doctors Offices etc. that are in need of healthcare professionals to fill in for a day, week, or months (short and long term contracts available). Whatever your staffing  needs are, we can handle it. The process is simple. When you view the schedule and see that the whole is impossible to fill, give us a call. Last minute emergencies are welcome. There are no hidden long-term commitments. We are here to help!  As soon as you request services our Account Managers generate the contract for your facility. Please note that our companies insurance and licenses will be sent via fax. Our staffing coordinators fill the shift urgently and call you back with the temp employee name, and all licenses and background checks will be sent. (Please note each facility is different  and may require more time for various shifts).

Our recruiting services are proven to make your hiring process hassle free. Leave all the work up to us. Simply let us know what type of healthcare professional your in need of and we will take care of the rest. We have helped doctors offices and hospitals find Nurse Practioners, Registered Nurses, medical receptionists for their healthcare setting. We are prompt, professional, and dependable. Sunshine On The Go’s licensed nurses and certified healthcare professionals are monitored continuously by our automated database to ensure licenses and certifications are current. All required credentials are mandatory.

We also ensure that immunizations and other related tests are done prior to being employed. All employee candidates must go through a thorough screening process which includes:

• Criminal background investigation
• Social Security check
• License/education verification
• Drug screening
• Competency testing
• References check

Our staff go through a thorough hiring process. Staff members include: Nurse Practioner ( Medical Director), Retired Nurses, Active Registered Nurses, LPN’s, Certified Nursing Assistants, companions with a minimum of five years of experience. (Nursing Staff have memory care expertise).
